Rockhampton Indoor Hockey Association Inc. advises all members that a Special General Meeting (SGM)

will be held to consider important Association matters, including constitutional updates. The AGM will follow After the Special General Meeting.

Time: 6.30pm
Location: Online via Microsoft Teams

This meeting will be conducted virtually to ensure all members have the opportunity to participate.

📝 Registration Information

Members wishing to attend must register in advance.

Registrations have been extended and close at 9.00pm on Sunday 8th March.
A Microsoft Teams meeting link and voting information will be forwarded to registered members prior to the meeting.

📄 Purpose of the Meeting

The Special General Meeting will provide members with the opportunity to:

• Consider proposed updates to the Association Constitution

• Ask questions and seek clarification

• Participate in the formal voting process

Your participation is important in ensuring the governance and compliance of our Association remains strong and aligned with legislative and integrity requirements.

We encourage all members to register and attend.
